Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at whiskernwoof.com. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We want you to enjoy your new purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase for any reason, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Cancels

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order cancellation is successful, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs while Whisker & Woof refunds the cost of product itself.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected the item returned and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please be noted that it will take a reasonable time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
