If you need your item sooner, we offer an expedited option at checkout, which can reduce the production time to 30 to 40 days, depending on availability.

2. Handcrafted Nature: Please keep in mind that each piece is handcrafted. While we strive to make the portrait as close to your pet’s photo as possible, slight variations may occur. The final product may not be 100% identical to the photo, as there are inherent artistic elements in handmade work.

3. Photo Quality: To ensure the best possible result, please submit a clear photo of your pet’s face, especially the head, without any obstructions or cropping. The clearer the image, the more accurately we can replicate your pet’s likeness.

4. No Returns or Exchanges: As each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or last-minute changes to the design. Please review your design carefully before confirming it, as changes cannot be made after production begins.

The portrait will be created based on the expression and pose in the photo you provide. For the best result, we recommend choosing a photo that you love and are most satisfied with.

2. Personalized Engraving: If you’d like, you can add custom engraving on the back of the ornament, such as your pet’s name, birthday, or any other personal details. We offer free engraving on the back of each piece. Please specify your desired engraving details during the order process.

3. Order & Communication: Once you have finalized the design you want, please place the order and ensure you provide a valid email address. This is crucial because we will use it to communicate with you throughout the customization process, including sending design drafts for your approval.

4. Review & Approval: After you place your order, we will create a design draft for your approval. At this stage, you can make suggestions or ask for adjustments. Once you confirm the design, we will proceed with the production. Please note that after production begins, we can no longer accept refunds or changes to the photo.

5. Progress Updates: We will send you progress videos and images when we reach the halfway point and once the final product is complete. During the halfway point update, you can make significant changes or adjustments. However, after we send the final draft, only small changes can be made. Once the final approval is received, we will proceed with the shipping process.
